The cookies we use

Strictly necessary

Your cart, any discount code you apply and your delivery choice are kept in your browser's local storage so the checkout works, and your cookie choice itself is remembered the same way. The site cannot work properly without them, so they do not require your consent.

Analytics and advertising measurement

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, and Google Ads to measure whether our advertising leads to visits and orders. They run under Google Consent Mode: the measurement tag loads for every visitor, and the choice you make sets what it may store. You can decline Google measurement, or allow analytics only, at any time with the Google choices on our privacy page.

Services on our pages

Our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, a chat assistant from IntellextAI, our enquiry and feedback forms from our own form system, and a tracking widget from 17TRACK on the order tracking page. Those services receive the technical details your browser sends when it loads them, and process data under their own policies.

Managing your cookie choices

Our privacy choices let you accept or decline non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking some storage may affect parts of the site, such as keeping items in your cart.
