Great DIY door screen kit solution…..

It has been 8 months and counting and the magic magnet screen door is still in perfect condition, no rips, tears, and the magnets still connect 100%.

My only issue to date is that the thumb tacks included with the insect screen door has started to loosen from the door molding, I am thinking it is because the door moulding itself is not that great.

With that said, I used a staple gun and added more thumb tacks so now the screen mesh is securely fitted. In addition FYI, I have just also bought my 2nd magnetic screen door.

    Superior quality to anything else I’ve seen on the market with competitive pricing too. Closes automatically better than any I’ve seen too. Would be great to have some stitched seams on the bottom in 50-100mm increments so you could trim it off. I will have to use a hot knife to adjust mine

    that they aren’t that easy to shorten. Ours was for our Jayco camper trailer and it was so long. Would be awesome if you had one specifically for camper trailers, you would sell so many.

    I really was not sure this item could be as good as people say. Yes as previously said you need to install it so the blinds can close together but we love it no flies and no rubbish blowing through if the garage door is open. Buy this and be as happy as we are with it

    I would like to say how happy we are with our Flyscreen. We were impressed we could order the exact right size, given the how big the door opening is. It works perfect, great quality and even the dog is happy as he can go in and out as he pleases. The magnets just close after him.

    Was super easy to install and as you can see, it looks good to and not to mention how cost effective this is compared to instalment of sliding screen doors.

    I would like a solution for my windows as well but not sure what the best option is for the type of window (wind out with a handle).

    Works well on our 2 large sliding doors. Guests keep asking where we got them from. A small grip in the middle of the magnetic strip would help to open the screen from outside when the sliding door is closed. The magnetic closure is so good that it is difficult to spread apart if the door behind it is closed. However when the door is open, it works exceptionally well.

    Love my screen door. My hint for installing it if it is too long – fold/pin up the excess length first then fit it to the height or you run the risk of a gap at the bottom caused by the magnets in the closure not being able to be bent. That said, I did much better with the second door installation and it’s perfect! So easy to use and so far, 4yo-proof.
